with great reluctance I put up for sale my recent work.

£140 all in - it doesn't have a sheath at the moment, but can have if anyone wants to discuss it.

Stunning piece of work mate. If it was nearer payday then I would have had your arm of for it. I hope it goes to a good home :)

I'm happier knowing it's going to a loving home. To a man who loves desert ironwood.:D

That's a nice piece of work there Rich. I am working on some bits at the moment and appreciate the work and time that must have gone into that.

Thanks Leon

Working with these things is a labour of love, some things just seem to fly out and those seven hours or so flew, others are a nightmare, this was the former. I could quite happily have kept hold of this as it is of such beautiful materials, but I have a couple of projects with a couple of knifemakers to fund, something had to give.

There is a lot of excitement to come - a deer stalking specific knife, designed by a professional stalker and another for an Infantry officer friend of mine who has had four combat tours in three years, with a sheath designed in conversation with him, suitable for ...well.....combat really, I'll post pics of the lot.

Effort? Work? I really rather enjoy it actually, it's getting up for the day job that's the grind.....but then I have a mortgage, so...
