Beachcraft & Boats

Looking through a few postings maybe a section for people doing stuff on the coast, rivers & lakes would be good. Water was the original road.

I tend to do as much along the coast as in the woods, For one thing it's easier to get permission to fish than shoot rabbits etc. Hopefully over the next year will be building the canoe I've got plans for so I can explore some small rivers around here.

Beaches are great

What does everyone do on the beach then?

My favourites are putting my pots out and collecting low tide goodies

But does it really need its own section? Coastal edibles are covered in loverly grub, fishing is catered for in fair game, boats catered for in transport.... most other things will fit under general bushcraft....... what would actually go in there?

Nice idea though.
