Weeping willow Bark...any uses?

I have some WW bark off some small branches I got hold of for try sticks,
is there anything I can do with the willow bark i have striped off?

also for the try sticks I need to dry it out a bit, Any tips on this? how long and where etc....

Bush remedy!

Willow bark contains salicylic acid, which is kinda like aspirin. Great as pain relief, or as an antiseptic. :)
