While out walking the dog in a local field I saw some plants that took my interest.

(sorry for low quality they were taken on my phone)

1) This was growing in the middle field all on its own.

Not sure about the outhers, but No1i would say is cowslip

Google Agrees :) so 1 is CowSlip

Total guess but what about No2 being foxglove (probably wrong )

pretty certain its not fox glove, they were not soft & hairy also too many leaves.

Havn't checked the guides but I wonder if 2 is a plantian, broader leaves than lanceolate plantain but otherwise quite similar.
3 yes jack by the hedge, garlic mustard or whatever you want to call it...good in a salad.
4 think your mouse is actually a vole (blunt nose), impressive to catch him on a mobile.
