I am looking for a supplier who stocks the Swedish army 2 button M59 shirt can any one please help me with this search.

don't know any english ones, but they are available here, cheap as nails.
I know Big Swede not been able to find one site here,they look good shirts would you have any links by any chance?

yep, there are a couple of companies that sell them online, both are really hopeless to deal with. Prices range from £3.7 to the double depending if used or new (old stock). I think they are available here in my local surplus store. I have three of them lying around. I prefer the m55 version wich feature a granddad collar (or chinese collar maybe, don't know the actual term).
It can be hard to find larger sizes though, in the neck that is. An ordinary size is quite wide (I have sewn in mine around the waist to keep it from flapping in the wind, planning to grow a gut, much easier than to adapt all my clothing..).

Sorry spam, 20 years early.. that's a m/39 jerseyshirt. The m59 is the shirt RM uses in the canadian canoe episode.
The M/59 has a collar and a 2 button front more like a rugby shirt.

Made out of sturdy cotton, with a soft flanell-like inside and more like canvas on the outside. Very spark resistant and somewhat wind proof. Available n your favourite colour as long as it's green. Olive green that is.
Yep th thats the one and just the the right colour too like all these things they are out there its finding them thats the problem. I can hear Sweden calling all the more

if you fail to find one, I can maybe help.
Try www.thesmockshop.com, they're sending me some material swatches, so i can see the colours before i order, its not a swedish army item, but they look useful, available, and made in England(if cornwall counts!,only joking if any janners are reading).
