Coastal Mangrove

Mangroves are a difficult place to walk in, either you get wet or muddy or both but they are great in a boat.

Took my daughter for a paddle along some coastal mangroves which unfortunately are much diminished now by development, which is a pity since they are so good at protecting people from hurricanes and tsunamis

These little insects must be the attraction for the fish fry

I think they are farming mussels. Did not take a close look
