yesterday i bought a book:
"Natures wild Harvest"

Eric Soothill & Michael J.Thomas

havent read it yet but it has loads of recipies on wild foods, including berries, flowers, fungi, and sea creatures.
the book is in seasonal sections, so you know which plants are available.
also includes sections on jam and wine making! :super:
the printed price is £9.95( i bought mine for £1.75 2nd hand)
