Something I've been wondering about for a while now, is where do you like to hang your belt sheath?
I'm right handed, and with a fixed blade, sometimes I hang the sheath just behind my right hip, sometimes just behind the left hip.
Sometimes I have a folder horizontally just in front of the left hip, sometimes right in the middle of my back.
What about you? How's it hanging'?
Keith.
Keep my folder in a pouch on my belt. The pouch is 'round the back but to my right by one loop - if you see what I mean.

I tend to put mine on the right hip, often with the sheath sticking into the hip pocket so it's a bit more discrete and under control.

Hi...
On the right hip. I'm right handed, so it's the easiest. SAK in shirt pocket.
I quite dislike belt sheaths ... I either use a baldrick made from paracord or paracord made into a simple shoulder holster for under the arm carry on the left. I'm planning on making a concealex sheath for horizontal belt carry though.
4-o'clock. Anywhere else and I find it gets in the way.

My Khukuri is worn on my left hip for cross draw. My other fixed blades ride on my right hip unless I'm using a hip carried arrow quiver, then I wear my knife on my left hip.
I use the kukri on the left hip as it's big. for small knives I use a strap of some kind to allow the sheath to move with me (similar idea to some bison sheaths I've seen). I find it's more confatable when sitting down.
