Hi,

New member.
Been interested in bushcraft for a while, interest was piqued by Mr Mears' Tracks short programmes and later Survival progs.
In addition to Bushcraft I have an interest in Preparedness, what usually gets called Survivalism.
Yes I often wear cammo trousers, no I don't have a beard.
Also interested in shooting (centrefire, rimfire and shotgun).
Whilst I am interested in bushcraft, experience so far is very much theory!
Hoping this year to go out and get some practical....

Thanks for the welcome chaps!
I was a-hoping to get to the meet, but 'er indoors was non-to cooperative. Hoping to get to the wilderness gathering instead.
Bushwacker Bob, I control carrion numbers at my brother's place nominally foxes as well but the shoot keeper does a good job with those. There are also a few rabbits, but numbers have been very low these past few years. I do the same thing every year, there are a few rabbits about in July but I wait 'til September to give them a chance to grow a bit only to find some herbert from town has practically cleared them out. Grr.
