I have the golite and I love it!

Pros:
You can use it in the summer without the nest
You can use it in the woods without the pole by stringing it up from a tree.
Start to finish takes about 5 minutes to set it up on your own.
Weighs very little
easy to pack away
very waterproof

Cons
When raining there is no 'cover' for the door (you open it and it rains inside)
Not cheap

the rain thing can be solved by rigging a poncho over the entrance or putting down a tarp in the entrance.

Lionel, edit your sodding post, sick of seeing this go up with my name stuck in it for no reason what so ever.

Haven't tried the hex 3 but have used my tundra quite extensively and must say it's one of my alltime best buys. Excellent value for your money. The pegs you get are quite heavy but can easily be replaced by wooden pegs made on the spot. Have a cunning plan to replace the aluminium pole with a string the same length and will make a new center pole on the spot as well.

Heh, after reading the first part of the last sentence was thinking "Indian rope trick" :D

Also, I believe GoLite are no longer making Hex 3s. 2008 they're coming out with the Shangri-la range.

The Shangri-La 3 is similar to the Hex 3, also the Shangri-La 4 is a bigger pyramid style tent.

There are also Shangri-La 1, 2, 6 and 8.
