Just got back from a walk in the local woods - LOADS of varieties and numbers of fungi. Too many piccys to post up here, so if you are interested have a look here (http://www.wombatcube.co.uk/album).
Any suggested IDs would be gratefully received.

The only one i think i recognised is the birch polypore which are on the silver birch.
Some nice photos though.

I reckon that the little white spikey ones are Pestle Puffballs.

PA201139 I suggest MIGHT be a parasol mushroom (yummy) not fully open
mind you so might the next one
if you click on my sig there is a pic of a fully open parasol
I would agree with the birch polypore / razor strop fungus
Usual disclaimers etc dont eat unless you are sure

Just dropped one or two of the pictures into the BCUK Gallery: http://www.bushcraftuk.com/gallery/showgallery.php?ppuser=6557&cat=500. Fairly sure that these are immature parasols (thanks Mike) and pestle puffballs (or are they just common puffballs?).
