I'm a lawyer working in the outdoor industries sector (claims defence)- but also a regular outdoorsman, having attended many survival/bushcraft schools throughout UK and overseas. You want to take not of the following:
a.The sale of your Israel course package is breaking British law - the reason is you are including flights as part of this package, you require an air travel organisers licence issued through the Civil Air Authority it is against the law to advertise or sell package trips overseas that include flights without one. you also have to display this.
b.Also check the Governments "Know before you go "site, it has Israel listed as a place to not visit by British nationals - scarey.
c.Under 18's on courses without parents is also breaking British law-as laid out by AALA Adventure activity licensing authority
