Old Survival Aids Ventile Smock Maker?

has anyone any idea of the company that used to make the old Survival Aids SAS type Ventile smock?
Silvermans also sells a ventile smock but any idea who the manufacturer is without buying the smock?

Silvermans is made by WEST WINDS - no idea about survival aids though.

Well it might well be these days - its been a few years since I last visited them and looked. They cost way too much and rip you off if you mail order by sending you all sorts of crap.
