Does anyone have any information on the correct ways to use a crook knife, and where one might be able to source one from?

Many thanks,

Phil

One's got a curve of 3/4 circle (item listed as 164BK), the other's got a curve of only 1/2 circle (item listed as 163BK). Also, the one with the shallower curve is sharpened on both sides whereas the other is only single-edged.

I don't own either, just going by the text that accompanies the products

On http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21414 I've posted some pictures on how to hold cooked knives.

Here are a couple more of my partner carving spoons. She does this for a living.

Feel free to email us for more info.
