Hi.

I just went to look at my last posts and have discovered my post has been removed.

Why? I did not break any rules.

Hi mate was it the last post or the whole thread, if it was the whole thread then it was because the thread that you had posted in was in bad taste, as you and other members had mentioned and the thread has been removed.

Just checked again the whole thread has gone.

That deletion hasn't affected my post count has it? Do you have any idea how hard I've been trying to get to 2000 posts? This is an outrage!

:D

Just checked again the whole thread has gone.

That would be because I suggested that if my atempt at humour (joke about “amputee” Heather Hills) was deemed that offensive it was fine with me to delete the thread. Clearly a Moderator did but for all of yesterday I thought they had done the same to me too as I was unable to post or communicate with other members by site e-mail! :sigh:

Probably no bad thing I’m sure but here I am again and with no jokes even for Red Nose Day I promise! :tapedshut

Cheers

...I was unable to post or communicate with other members by site e-mail!

 I don't know what that was about!! If I had to guess, I would think it more likely to be to do with the site outages which seem to be effecting some people, but not others. Toddy in particular has been complaining that the site keeps cutting out just as she hits "send", but not everybody has had such difficulties.

I have had problems posting sometimes, You write a nice fat long boring post which makes me sound really smart, press send and the site locks up :banghead:

Wayne I am a bit stumped why you are suprised that thread was pulled.

I don't think Wayne was stumped, I think it was just a statement of fact and that because we aren't there to see the body language or hear the inflection given by speaking it, it hasn't transferred in quite the way it was meant.

I think Xylaria was actually making something of a pun.

Ah, right, I am just having a sense of humour failure with the people at google, it's probably colouring my judgement somewhat.;)
