Heavy unbleached linen

Not sure where the best place to post this would be but I'm looking for just half a yard of heavy unbleached linen to make a small haversack from. Anybody have a piece spare to swap or sell?

For what its worth I seem to remember having seen linen curtains for sale very cheaply in IKEA. :)

A particularly good place for fabric is Whaleys (http://www.whaleys-bradford.ltd.uk/). An alternative might be to find some artists' canvas and use that.

Hi, Try the local awning maker for off cuts. And put some money in the tea fund. It works for me . cheers topknot.
