I'm not sure, but USMC do. I'm not sure how their prices compare:

Ive had a look on Silvermans site and they have what looks like the Carinthia Observer bivi but no where does it mention the Carinthia name/brand!!!

From experience whatever Silverman's sell is expensive anyway!!
