Well, My girlfriend Eloise has been using a Helle Harding for over a year now and while it's a very nice knife, there's something about a good handmade knife...

Here are some pics of it next to my AW Woodie and BFK for size comparison... It's made by bloke called John-Eric, I've seen some of his stuff on the Brisa site but I got it from http://www.attacc.com/acatalog/MISC_KNIVES.html

It's a perfect size for my girlfriend and oh so pretty... The photos don't show really how good this knife is!

P.S the knife looks lovely mate, hope she enjoys it!
The shape of the blade looks really neat, nice design.

Hi Joe good to see nobody has been feeding you nuts:o.

That looks a nice little knife, if I am not mistaken that is a Baudin Damascus blade, that should serve her well.

Falcon: She's wonderful, I could never spoil her enough! The woodlore and bfk go nicely with my bison and gene ingram :lmao:

Leon: you're right about the maker I think. I haven't really looked that close but the pattern on the blade is really nice and the materials on the handle are superbly worked. It really is lovely and I was 12% tempted to just keep it! hehehe - p.s., what's feeding nuts? I don't get it... i'm a little slow at times.

Andyn: you've seen me first hand use my woodie as a splitting maul, shovel and god knows what else mate... of course it's scratched :lmao: it's getting a clean this weekend though, it's used but looked after ;)
