I am looking for 3 or 4 scalpel blades to add to my kit. I have an unused 15m card of j wenzel heavy duty brown thread with needle . great for knife sheaths or possibles pouches I am willing to swap .
If you can't find anyone to swap some for you then I can recommend this company selling some old stock on eBay:

Be aware that:
"These scalpel blades are unopened and in perfect condition but have exceeded their recommended use by date.
As such they are no longer suitable for sterile medical use, but are ideal for either where sterility is not required or for hobby and craft work."
I don't if that'll be an issue or not for you.
