Primarily for leon-b as promised...
This is about 500k because it is very picure heavy. It shows how I prepare deer leg sinew.

Beautiful work Bent-stick! :You_Rock_ I've played with sinew before, had a bunch made a couple of years ago. I was afraid to use stone (only sharp edged rocks where I was at the time), so I used a heavy oak mallet. Didn't go as smoothly as that seemed though, so you've got my respect :)

Reminds me of the time I made a nice pair of mocs - sewn with sinew. Didn't look any different than artificial sinew and all the purists were turning up their noses at something so passe.
