If you've got one of these near you, you might want to consider popping in if you're after any outdoor stuff at knockdown prices.
This time of year they generally have a fair amounr of coats, fleeces, boots, gloves etc. in.
Was in the Carmarthen branch at the weekend and they had:-
Karrimor Orkney boots, some Karrimor waterproof 3/4 approach shoe type things, some Brasher 3/4 goretex approach shoes, loadsa different winter gloves (columbia, trek mates, ski / snowboard brands), Lowe Alpine triple point jackets, Lowe Alpine Polartec fleeces, Berghaus paclite jackets, thinsulate gloves etc.etc.
Its a bit hit and miss obviously but worth a quick squizz if you're close by.
