Tilley Lamp under Tatonca Tarp

As the title says, has anyone used a Tilley under a nylon Tatonca. Reason I ask is that I was putting some Paracord loops on tarp and heating ends up to seal and a small drop of molten Paracord dropped on tarp. Instant hole.
Dont want an even bigger hole with Tilley.

It'll be fine as long as you keep the tarp about 18" to 2' above the tarp. I have used one below a kathmandu nylon tarp.

I guess that's why I bought a cotton tarp from Tatonka.

Fire and plastic are a really bad mix.
