I do many events like this throughout the year, I hope you have a lot of fun and make lots of good contacts.
It is usual to charge between £125 and £150, per person demonstrating, for this type of thing. Schools usually charge a bit more, and charity groups may bring in more bodies and split the fee among those who work the day. If you can manage to get the Ranger Service to arrange to cover you with their public liability insurance (the sum asked for is c£5,000,000 this year) it will simplify things no end.
