Bought a box of these from Tescos in my quest to find a wonder fuel for my brewkit. The cubes burn long enough in a mini stove (airgun pellet tin !) to boil a 0.5l cup of water which meets my first requirement. ( ie they burn longer than normal zip lighters as advertised) and I get a cup of tea. They don't stink of paraffin when you handle them or burn them - their a beeswax/wood chip mix. If you fluff them up a bit with your knife they easily light from a firesteel. Obviously they are also a good firelighter for a bigger fire if needed when tinder is in short supple. Only downside is they leave a bit of soot on the bottom of your cup which is a bit messy - fails my selection criteria on that point - looking for a clean burner cos I am a mucky pup and I always end up with soot on my face !

Worth a try though and I thought somebody might find this feedback useful.
