Firstly whilst out today I found lots of chestnuts lying on the ground some already open and out of the husk. I want to make flour this year from them. According to food for free you need to store them for 2 months. should this be in an air tight box or just in a bag. any help and advice please

dont know realy mate. the way i would do it is dry them out for 2 months then grind them and dry again just toi make sure they dont go moldey when stored.....
