Took the dogs out for our normal morning stroll through the barrens before the heat of the day( which is considerable these days) hit. Ran across tonight's supper a bit earlier than usual. Usually I don't see these two until later into August. Must be the fact that it hasn't stopped raining in 496 flippin' days : 
Anyway tonight's supper is grilled steak(not much of a beef eater but with these guys it just seems right), and mixed polypore's with butter, sherry and a touch of coarse pepper and onion. Can't wait!!

On the way home my standard daschund pup, Cinammon, started carrying on about something. Dog has a great nose. Came across this guy. Hadn't seen one in quite a while.
