Ok - you've got the code correct, but the link isn't quite correct.

is the link you should be using.

...should be the total lot, remember all on one line, no gaps, spaces etc.

I might have the answer - certainly for this pic .

You seem to have URL's and IMG's in the link. Short links to sites use the URL's and pics have IMG's - you use one or the other, using both confuses the system . Remove the URL's and their brackets and ...

Hopefully this might sort it for you

Congrats - you got there while I was typing up ...

one more try before going live:

Type

open up the picture to 'full size' ie do not use the thumbnail

and add in URL without any space after [IMG] or before

obtain URL by: right clicking on picure in (web version of) PICASA (not the version of PICASA on yiour computer) and selecting 'properties -

then type in after the URL - with no spaces [/IMG]

So 'formula is
