I went to a surplus shop at the week end, and the sell single meals (breakfast, main meal and pudding) for £1 each and sundries for £1 too. I picked up about 6 packets of the Metalballs and pasta in tomato sauce and i'm set for the week end now :D:D I remember it was near Heanor in Nottinghamshire

I was also thinking 1 or 2 months later in the year would be better for plants and such. And thanks, just a shame it didn't work out this time round :( Oh well, im a persistant bugger, i'll make it work at some point or another :D

Ok Xylaria, dont worry about it. As i've said to the others, theres always next time. To everyone: If there isnt anymore confirmations within 3 days i am calling the moot off due to lack of people, and with 7 people, i personally dont think it would be very fun or exciting. We'll try again...

I don't think there will be a facility to hang a hammock. As far as i know its a regular campsite, so i highly doubt there will be hammock posts. If push comes to shove you could share my tent mate. Also (this is for everyone), can you confirm a.s.a.p, as i'm sending the form off on Wednesday...

I don't really like spear fishing, nothing personal, but in untrained hands it seems like a really easy way to kill a diver. The only reason I say this, is because my brother is a diver, and some guy (who was a n00b, never used a spear before) with a spear got my brothers mate by accident...

I think there are area's for campfires, if not im bringing a little stove for back-up. There is toilets and parking, and i was just hoping for a little get together, learn a few things off each other, and go into the woods etc etc. I'll put you down as a possible, and we can sort something out...
