Wow, I'm flattered that any of you would consider paying for it. The photo's do a very good job of hiding the terrible welding!
I did intend for it all to fold flat but because I wanted a lip around the edge (to stop things rolling off) there wasn't quite room to get the bolts low enough down...
It's been quite a while since I posted anything on here but I thought you might like to see the folding grill I made at the weekend.
It was my very first go at welding so there's still plenty of room for improvment!
I'm not sure about the quality, but what about this?

The Carry and Go Briefcase BBQ looks quite good (but maybe a bit big) £25 doesn't seem a bad price though.
I've got about 10 packs of pretty much the same stuff from BCB. They call it Tinder card
and you can get it here http://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/ishop/877/shopscr2046.html for 1.99 a pack.
I use it all the time for lighting my wood stove.
Here's a better pic of the BCB version.
I've had a few problems with them in the past. Mostly sending the wrong sizes.
A friend of mine had items missing off his order that were never sent on.
I would prefer to go to them in person rather than order of the internet now.

The edit button's not showing up on my old post, so can I update my request to
1 x Unissued Stainless Steel Mess Kit
3 x Spare Burners
4 x Kuksas
Thanks
Mark
That's the way I made mine. I just used an old shirt as a pattern. I've also got some suade to put around the cuffs and the neck to help with the itchy wool.
I tried making rowan jelly last year. It came out quite bitter so you may need to use more sugar than you would with normal soft fruit.
Still not to sure about the flavour though, it's defiantly 'different'!
I don't know about you lot but I think I could manage 12 hours without resorting to that. Although I did drink Skol once which was probably the same.
Oh and definatly subdued colours.
