Sorry I forgot how to shorten links.
A few more pics, even some action ones!
Here's one of the redesigned airport on the front. The simple solutions are usually the easiest!
And some burn pics with an improvised chimney and damper inside it.
The damper makes a big difference. Even though it wasn't the best made...
Thanks for all the compliments and here's some answers to the questions.
>Any chance of some pics of it in action?
The next time I fire it up I'll make sure I take some. Got to do some more tweaking of it this week so hopefully will get some soon.

After seeing some MYOG creations and the TiGoat and Kifaru I was inspired to begin thinking about something for me and my two year old for next Autumn and Winter. I liked the better cooking ability of the square stoves but was looking for a way to save some weight as well. So I decided upon this...
Nope, nope and nope. Though the tentipi one is slightly similar. The one I'm looking for was also rectangular in shape. However, the ends didn't fold inwards. When collapsed it looked like two sheets of metal on top of one another welded together at either end. I think it was aimed at light...
Thanks Teepee but that's not it. This one I think is maybe Dutch or at least from mainland Europe. The two edges are fixed together so it was sorta like a cardboard box fold. The base was removed to allow it to fold down flat. There was a company video on the link in the post and I remember they...
I've searched through threads and can't find a stove I saw on here not that long ago. It was a two piece wood burning stove. It folded flat and then you opened it out into a rectangular shape, placed in the base and then used the supplied skewers to rest your pot on.
What was it called? It's...
Posted this thread on OM and thought I'd link it rather than redo the whole thing. Have fun reading.

Thanks for the measurements Seg. I can't believe I never noticed the tarp at Decathlon. I often pick up bits from there and surf their site. It looks more ideal for ground dwelling, since the square shape gives more versatility. :D
Thanks for that. The dimensions on the sites only gave that it was 3.25m both ways. I think though that it should cover and I can always alter it if need be.

I was just curious if you could tell me what the length of the shortest part of the sides is? I'd be using it for ground dwelling and I cant tell from the photo if it would offer enough protection. It looks as though the 'points' at either end could act similar to beaks but I just want to...
I've got a Gelert Solo as well that I bought off of Amazon for around £23 delivered. I've done a review on a blog here http://rob-thegreatoutdoors.blogspot.com/
I didn't actually get to do my camping trip in May, so I still haven't used it for an extended period. I've been converted to the...
