bring home a bin bag full of other peoples rubbish each time i visit the local loch(loch doon),no one else is going to do it and every year it gets worse,spoiling an otherwise lovely spot. It was the first place i ever camped and seeing the mess it's in is soul destroying.However it will probbably be a losing battle,but if i could even get a litter free zone around my preferred overnight spots at least that would be something.

Well said i think the same way, if you don't at least try you will never know

cheers treetop and timberwolf...i felt as though i'd put myself out on a dead limb and was bouncing up and down just waiting for it to fall......

i may well be dispondant on monday if it doesnt come off but a proposal today could bring a possibility together

sometimes its important to take risks and put myself out there

Well I have only 1 long term project this year but it's not bushcrafty (unless I get lost)... It's this: 2000km off road ride across africa for charity !!
