Horrid day for you all - think of the good times and take comfort from the fact that she is resting peacefully...

Best wishes. I have a Jack Russell and though she's only 11, I dread the day she goes.

Oh, that is really bad to lose a canine pal.
We are taking on a Lab, this coming Sunday and it has been a long 16 months to get anywhere near to feeling
as if coping with the loss of the previous dog. I do think that it will be a bit throat-catchy with the new lad.
Hope that things ease for you.

    Regards
    Ceeg

I feel for mate. Not many things bring me to tears but taking my canine companions on their final journey does it every time.

It's always a relationship that ends in heart ache but take comfort in the fact that she was loved, well cared for and he energy will always be with you.

Really sorry to read your loss Wayland, another terrier owner here the little buggers have a way about them.

It's a cliché i know, but with so many dogs being put into homes or mistreated at least your had a good life

    Very sorry to read this.
My memory of her was one time at Rough Close when you rigged up something with her lead which allowed her free-ish rein without being able to get too close to the fire.
My best to you and Debs.
