Looks like it could be the best venue yet & has the potential to be a long term thing, which would be great. A scout camp should be a bit more controlled than Forgewood so hopefully we wont have to put up with drunk chav's burning doors again at midnight.

always a bonus isnt it, although if you stray onto the "wreck" (read golf course) you could be in for a similar night.

I've been to Broadstone more times than i can count. i'm a regular up there with my scouts but we tend to camp on the A sites. the facilities are more than acceptable! absolutely love the site and whenever i'm up there i always find myself going for a wander and seeing all sorts of wildlife.

Pinky and I are now unfortunately unable to make either weekend, however Broadstones till has a provisional booking for 16/17.
Is anyone wtill able to make that date, or shall I cancel in favour of resuming as usual in August?
