Our little group - me, Roly, Stewart, Martin and Tink the dog- the remains of South Wales Bushcrafters, try to meet up ever month and to make the December Meet special it was decided to have a Christmas Dinner on the Saturday night....
The roast was Turkey/chicken/duck with bacon and it was served with pigs in blankets, carrots, , sprouts, roast spuds and gravy and followed by Christmas pud.
Naturally there was also Xmas cake, wine and other good things to eat and drink.
The weekend was deemed a success despite rain high wind and warm temps....
Pictures in no particular order....

Looks like a good company :D and an enjoyable feast of a weekend :)

Thank you for sharing, and I wish you all a suitably Merry Christmas and a truly excellent New Year.

Looks like it was a great meet and the food looked particularly tasty apart from the sprouts :yuck:.

Wishing a Merry Xmyth to you and Liz :emoji_santa:

Your monthly meetings appear very successful. Pity that the days are so short.
Cooking over an open fire does take some bushcraft skills.
You have convinced me to attempt something significant for supper on the winter solstice.
