Binoculars? 8x32

Hi all, decided it was time I got hold of some binoculars for 'general outdoor use'. Before I go and buy a new pair. I wonder if anyone has upgraded recently and has a set they might be thinking of getting rid of?

If you have a pair of 8x32 roof binoculars, with a good near focus, 7˚ish FOV and preferably waterpoof, let me know!

I looked through a pair of the RSPB 'Puffin' 8x32's at our local reserve - well impressed optically close to my Swarovski SLC's. £49!

They've been getting some good reviews.
