Anyone fancy learning to butcher a pig in the Norfolk. There is a 2 day butchery course on cutting up a pig. Day 1 consist of primary butchery ie cutting up joints, gammons, chops etc. Day 2 consist of making sausages, bacon, PORK PIES etc. The cost is £150 for 2 people. The wife has gone off up the contact number, will put it on when she its back from work.
