    What would you do ?

Interesting responses so far. Try to save them & then what ? ...... I cannot keep them, no one will want to adopt them as there are kittens everywhere & the animal shelters are over flowing with cats & kittens which as are routinely euthanised as there are too few adoptions. Without being over...

    What would you do ?

Are you sitting comfortably ? then I'll begin.......Yesterday evening whilst taking the mutt out for a stroll, I or rather we, came across a most curious object. The dog, who needs no introduction, approached, rather hesitantly, a small opaque plastic bag lying at the base of a roadside...

    Refused a tattoo

There is only so much info you can put on a micro-chip (which is about the size of a long grain of rice) Pets chips only have an ID number in them, all othe info is on paper. Micro-chips can also be damaged by low voltage electricity (as dog & horse thieves know only too well) & then you've lost...

    Refused a tattoo

Glad to see you've calmed down CLEM, all those rantings in your posts yesterday were a little disconcerting. Maybe the dosage needs a little tweaking. ;)

Looks more a like a black chappie being humped by a couple of dogs to me .......& if symbolically the dogs represent the white man, then that could be interpreted as anglo saxon supremacy.

Cold Case - Who Killed Roger Rabbit? (Graphic Image Warning)

The only animals I know that eviscerate their prey & then place the abdominal contents in a neat pile are cats. ..........let's not rule out either that some of the 'missing parts' (the head for example) may have been taken by another critter...

Washing a cloth jacket with leather patches

Dry clean.......................if you can't or don't want to, then hand wash in tepid water, air dry, then apply a conditioner to the leather patches but don't wash it often this way.

    How did you start leatherworking?

I've been making things from leather since I was a teenager. I've always loved the stuff, the smell, the feel & of course like me, it's gets better with age. I 've also enjoyed learning about the different types of leather & tanning proccesses. I've never used specific leather working tools as...

    Look what I found!

Antlers are in fact bone, I don't think a deer's teeth & jaws can cope with munching through a whole antler, they probably just nibble & scrape it a bit........many other little critters will have a nibble too :D Yes what ever you do, don't break it up. it is a handsome piece. I wouldn't have...
