My 400 fits in the tiny bag, I've only used the compression bag a couple of times. its easier than trying to get a cheap bag back in its own bag, but can imagine getting the 600 or 800 in would be near impossible!

I've had no problems wearing my alpkit torch, no glare off it. However, I've just found the battery casing twisty bit has broken, so it wont close at all. fixed with string, buts its going to be a pain when I have to change the batteries. Have had it over 18 months.

Paramo, Alpkit,, primus also have a fair bit of craghoppers. also Palm and PeakUK for paddle kit

I do like that one... I know I dont have the skills/tools though!

I've had mine for about three years, now the locking mechanism on one side has gone, so everything on one side doesnt lock. apart from that, it does everything ive asked of it :)

I have one of the paramo reversible shirts/baselayer things. ive worn it out sailing, with shorts and t-shirt, in the rain, 3 hours of sailing later, took it off, my t-shirt was dry (damp around the waist and neck, but otherwise dry!) well worth it, its warm enough for most days, wring it out...
