Highly recommended!!

It's a Jamie Oliver recipe but very simple with not many ingredients. I knew it would be a great taste and had to make it.

A definite winner.

is there a recipe or is it just a case of boiling the lot up and simmering for a bit?

There is a recipe but what you see there is pretty much all you need to know.

Fry the veg offf a bit first, chuck everything else in and boil for a short while (10-15mins) then blitz it.
