What's your favourite bushcraft drink?. I can't abide normal "tea" but I like a nice hot coffee or Turkish "Apple tea". For a cold drink I love a nice mug of British Army "Screech". I occasionally have a pine needle tea too but I'm interested in other peoples preferred non alcoholic tipple ? :)

Right now it's plain rooibos, but I'm kind of partial to Lady Grey tea :D
I've got some Golden Nepal just now that's very good too :approve:
I like Lapsang Souchong and a friend gave me some Popoff's Caravanserai at Christmas that goes very well with the whole campfire smokey theme
Tell you what I do like round a fire before bed; hot ribena

cheers,
M

During the Day a good cup of old rosie lee (Tea)
before bed a nice hot choclate,
if using found material on the trail, then Bramble tea is nice i must say!

For me there is still no substitute for a freshly made cup of tea. When I say freshly made, I mean boiled and brewed on the spot. I've tried flasks and the like and it just doesn't compare. Don't ask me why.

When on the move, I stick with plain water.

Always keen to try new things though and may find something a little more exciting one day.

Mostly a cup of Earl Grey. The added advantage with Earl Grey is that you don't have milk with it.
Or a mug of hot chocolate.

Coffee, black 2 sugars as the light comes up and the sky turns from grey to day....
Beware all those who disturb this special drink of the day!
