hi all!

I haven’t been active a lot recently. I still have a browse through the threads every now and then, to see what lovely items you guys have made!

I have spent quite a bit of money on The Old Tool Store website last Friday. I emailed them shortly after, and messaged them on Facebook on Monday, and apart from the automated email after my order, I have had no response at all to my email and message!
Has anyone else had any problems with an order through them? Or found them very good?
I know they have read my Facebook message.

Best bet is to phone them as they are not very good at returning emails etc

Hi H-H,
Did things resolve themselves with the Old Tool Store? I haven't been in for a good while now but when I fist visited Ray was great. Very generous with his time. Others that I know have had similar experiences.
Hope all ended well.
