    Ollie is the master basket case...Thing that pleased me, was the scouts getting so much pleasure from it...they really concentrated on the job at hand, which included getting all the raw material prior to construction.

    I know it wont be perfect, but if you mix sawdust and woodglue together, you'd be surprised at how well it will fill and fix the problem. Just a thought...

    ...Carved from an unknown wood (felled and given to me by Ollie). Hard as iron to carve but when I came to oil it, very porous...the oil dripped through the bowl...So, six coats of varnish later, it's water-tight...Just in time for camp next weekend... Personally I think it looks like a hobbit...
